If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at loyaltyandheart.com. You must include your RMA number, or your item will not be accepted.


When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or UPS, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.


You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.


Return conditions

For online purchases, Loyalty and Heart will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.


Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on any item will only be honored if the labels remain intact.


Loyalty and Heart reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Loyalty and Heart’s sole discretion.


Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.


Return guidelines

Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Loyalty and Heart will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Returns to LoyaltyandHeart.com are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
